Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Esta Scented Candles. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the candles hand made for you. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Esta Scented Candles. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Esta Scented Candles, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week to issue a refund and return your product. Since candles are perishable you can only return unused items, according to law.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

  • The package needs to come back with the original box and protective materials.
  • The product has to be damage-free, if we find any damage on the product we will cancel your refund immediately.

This won’t apply if you have received the item damaged. In this case you have a money back guarantee without returning the candle. Please kindly send a picture of the candle within the box, that shows the item damaged. You must send this information within 2 days after arrival of the product.


We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check or delivering company. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment , then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Our candles are very well packed. But if damage occurs during shipment, you
have a full money-back guarantee. Just take a picture of the damaged product after unboxing it. The applications done through within two days of delivery are accepted.

Candles are perishable products; according to law, returning them after burning them is not an option.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scented Candles Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

If you have bought the candles and are not satisfied, you can return them within seven days of the arrival of the product and address written down; in its original box and protective cover and get your refund within a week. If the item is not shipped back within its original box and protective cover, we won’t be able to refund your money. Esta Scented Candles is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Shipment processing time

Our 3PL partner, Be Fulfilled in Texas, commits to the fulfillment of all orders within 24 hours. Monday- Friday of each business week. Except for U.S. holidays which are observed during the Monday –Friday business week. Holidays can be checked on your Google calendar.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

DHL standard shipment is inclusive and takes 3 – 7 days. We are only shipping to all 50 states, and we are not shipping to U.S. territories. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Scented Candles Shop ships to addresses within the U.S. States only, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Scented Candles Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
